One evening 'round the campfire, four pardners — Julie Haynes, Randy Buller, Rob Goode and Jason Humes — decided to git together and make some good grub. So Long Saloon was born in the old Aggieville building that once housed Pyramid Pizza and Carousel Clothing.
While you're smackin' away on our made-to-order burgers, sammies, salads and Tex-Mex favorites, feast yer eyes on our scenery too — a restored c.1902 Brunswick San Juan bar in mahogany and maple, rescued from a Wyoming frontier hotel and brought back to glory.
